We have just came to know that a famous Italian radio program called Caterpillar (radio2) is going to interview Gianni from PIERRE Trattori about LOCOSTRA project. Today at 18.40 approximately.

The event will take place on the 25th of February 2012 at 15.00.

Toward the 11th MSP to the Mine Ban Treaty

Snail Aid will be present at the 11th Meeting of State Parties (MSP) to the Mine Ban Treaty in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, between the 28th of November and the 2nd of December 2011, promoting LOCOSTRA at the side event "Mine Action Partnership in Action" on behalf also of the University of Genova and PIERRE Trattori.

Unfortunately, time was too short to organise the transportation of LOCOSTRA machine in the country, but videos showing LOCOSTRA new features will be available. A range of new features is under development including automatic switch between the central and frontal steering systems, remote control by laptop, remote video system allowing the machine to be driven in thick vegetation more easily, ...
